In Hamburg's historic old town, directly at the water-bearing Nikolai canal, a high-quality office building with 2 basement floors and an area of around 9,400 m² was to be planned and realized. The highest demands on the watertight excavation pit, as well as a unique architecture, made the realization of the building a special challenge.

Located on the A7 motorway, an interim location for 1,500 people seeking shelter was built on an area of around 28,000 m². The facility includes: Residential accommodation, a canteen, administration and school buildings, a childcare centre, playgrounds, and sports fields with football pitches, basketball and badminton courts plus paths and outdoor areas.
In the middle of downtown Buchholz, a 3-storey shopping gallery with 2 additional parking levels and an area of around 26,300 m² was built. In addition to the attractive interior and exterior design of the building, the mandatory opening date and the coordination of the numerous tenant requirements were of particular importance.
